Lizzie Mcguire Party Invitations

Make your Lizzie Mcguire Invitations by downloading  photos of both Hillary Duff as Lizzie McGuire and her alter ego (cartoon) for the front cover of your invitation. Do all your writing in gel pens on black cardstock. Write out all the necessary information and outline in a glitter glue pen in a cool swirl design.

Lizzie Mcguire Party Decorations

• Use the color theme orange, yellow and lime green
• Hang lots of streamers and balloons
• Get some bean bag chairs
• Use some floor pillows (look around your house and use the pillows you already have, you will be surprised at how many there are)
• Decorate with cell phones and lockers (high school décor)
• Hang some of Lizzie Mcquire posters (and her alter ego)
• Hang twinkle lights
• Balloon arch with balloon flowers
• Streamers in cartoon style
• String and hang old cds - the will add depth and glitter to the accented area

• Full Blown Makeover - Lizzie’s fashion sense can come alive in this makeover station (have plenty of clothing, make up and hair accessories / hats). Have a photo booth to take pictures of all the different fun styles.

• Get Mani and Pedis - treat yourselves. Set up a foot bath with epsom salts and bubbles. Get gel polish and a light to set the polish. Paint your own nails or do each other's. Set the polish with the light between every coat. If you have the art brushes you can easily add unique designs for each of your nails.

• Friendship Jewelery - Make bracelets, necklaces and earrings. Use embroidery floss to create fantastic bracelets. Often easier designs are the staircase and square knot bracelets. You repeat the knot over and over again. 

• Truth or Dare - This is a great preteen game. One person picks to do either a truth or dare and then has to follow out the truth or dare. Pre write out the ideas and make sure they are suitable and age appropriate. Remember we want all the guests to have a great time at the party.

• Rumor - Play like the game broken telephone. Have predetermined sentences that relate to the show to start off and to teach the game concept. Then if you wish the guests can also make up their own ideas to spread through the game players.

• Sing it to me Paolo Karaoke - Have a sing song or lip sync just like the movie. Sing into real or blow up microphones. You are able to rent karaoke machines or you may own your own. Set the stage, have a real stage, backdrop, lights, have fun and let your imagination go wild.

• Photo Booth - Have all sorts of dress up clothing from cute tops, bell pants, funky hats, sunglasses, platform shoes, flower necklaces, flower hair clips, lip gloss, body shimmer, cell phones, cute bags, etc.

• Pinata - Make or purchase a pinata. Have a fun design like a flower, cupcake, icecream, there are so many to choose from. Let your guests have little baggies to collect the goodies.

• Sleepover - If you are having a sleepover, take over a room in your house and set up individual sleep stations. With single blow up beds, fun bedding, pillows, side tables with twinkle lights in lanterns. Glam it up.

• Host an indoor or outdoor theater to watch the original Lizzie McGuire movie or a newer movie from a similar style. Set up a concession stand with all the fixings. Chips, popcorn, cotton candy, nachos, candy, chocolate, sodas. Have cute little holders to collect your candies and hold the popcorn. People love snacking so make the concession and snacks abundant.
